2.1 Closing an Account

A member may request to close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Any verifiable balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed, subject to the Terms.

All financial transactions on br33 are handled securely and transparently. The key terms for deposits and withdrawals are described below:

br33 offers its members various types of bonuses and promotions. All such offers are subject to the following terms:

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will add a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. A 15x wagering requirement must be met on the bonus amount — not on the deposit amount, but on the bonus only. For example, if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place a total of ৳22,500 (৳1,500 × 15) in bets before withdrawing bonus winnings.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found, br33 reserves the right to close the relevant account and forfeit the bonus and any winnings derived from it. Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts or a VPN falls into this category.

4.4 Bonus Changes & Cancellation

br33 may change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. However, changes will not affect members already participating in an ongoing bonus campaign.

All gaming activities on br33 are conducted under specific rules to ensure fair play.

• All games are operated using fair, machine-audited technology.
• If the outcome of a bet is called into question due to a software error or technical issue, br33 reserves the right to void that bet.
• No player may use automated bots or any third-party software to play games.
• Colluding with other players with the intent to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.

5.1 Sports Betting

br33's sports betting section offers wagering on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. All betting markets are governed by general rules. For live betting after a match has started, br33's decision on rule matters is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the br33 platform. Violating these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of accumulated funds:

• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Opening an account under a false identity or operating an account in someone else's name.
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or systems, or injecting malicious code.
• Using br33 for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Threatening or harassing other players.
• Spreading false claims against br33 or deliberately attempting to damage the brand's reputation.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address.

br33 has five VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

VIP tier advancement is determined based on a member's gaming activity. br33 reserves the right to change VIP benefits, cashback rates, or tier conditions at any time, but any such changes will be published on the platform.

VIP cashback benefits are personal and non-transferable. If an account is closed or suspended due to inactivity, accumulated VIP benefits may be forfeited.

br33 believes in responsible gaming practices. We want every member to enjoy the platform safely and with awareness. To that end, we provide the following features:

• Option to set self-imposed deposit limits
• Option to temporarily close the account for a set period (self-exclusion)
